Operator and service
AgriConnect SA is operated by IZwelabo Joyce (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. Contact info@agriconnectsa.co.za or 062 110 9538. We help farmers and businesses provide supply information, submit buyer requests and arrange introductions with permission.
Free core access
Farmer onboarding, basic profiles and basic buyer requests are free. Submitting these forms creates no paid order. Approval and verification cannot be purchased through a free application. An optional paid service requires a separate written Service Order accepted before any charge, stating scope, total price, due date and cancellation/refund terms.
Accurate information and review
Provide accurate information and only photographs and content you are authorised to share. Tell us when supply or contact details change. Profile approval is an administrative review, not certification of identity, quality, ownership, credit or available stock. We may request corrections or pause misleading, incomplete or unsuitable profiles.
Supply and independent transactions
A listing or suggested match does not guarantee available produce, a sale, funding, delivery or payment. Current quantity, unit, grade, packaging, supply dates, price and delivery or collection arrangements must be confirmed for the specific enquiry. Buyers and suppliers agree their produce transaction, inspection, payments and remedies directly. AgriConnect does not hold money intended for produce transactions under these free-access terms.
Permission and existing relationships
Profile publication, operational contact and introductions use their separately stated permissions. Respect existing supply relationships. These free-access terms impose no trade commission, exclusivity or 12-month no-bypass obligation. Do not sell private contact lists or use introduction information for unrelated marketing.
Personal information and AI
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use information. Terms acceptance is separate from contact permission and optional marketing permission. AI can help structure information, but its output can be wrong. Human review is required; AI does not verify stock or replace professional advice.
Responsibility and complaints
Independent users remain responsible for their products, payments and conduct. AgriConnect remains responsible for its own services as required by law. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Send complaints with your application or request reference to our contact above. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and respond or update you within ten business days.
Acceptance and changes
Select the separate unticked Terms checkbox and submit to accept. We keep the terms version, exact text, acceptance time, submitted contact and reference with the private submission record and provide a receipt to save. This records the supplied contact; it is not an identity-verification certificate. Changes apply prospectively. A separately accepted paid order retains its scope and price unless both parties agree otherwise. South African law applies, subject to mandatory rights.
